Is Badgermotorsport.com lowering method correct?

Has anyone lowered their car using the badgermotorsport.com way, Is there anything wrong with it? because the first paragrapghs, saying about how they have 'a kit car and its not intended as a how to guide to modify your own car' - What do you think?

First paragraphs are a bit off putting basically

I lowered mine without the dummy shock absorber, I just measured the hub height, then altered it.

Also, I didnt remove my ARB, but either way is easy to be honest !!

Just spray everything with WD40 the day before, and that should ease up most bolts, and just take your time with it !! I can also recommend replacing the start torsion bar bolts with 13mm bolts, as it makes it easier to undo in the future if you want to atlter the height or go back to standard !!
