1.1 oil capacity

   Hi does anyone know how much oil i will need to change the oil and filter on my '98 1.1? i did a search and couldnt find anything and dont have an owners manual or a haynes manual (yet lol)
   
   just checkin so that i get enough oil before i attempt it.
   
   failing that does anyone know if it will need more than 4 litres? as a local place is selling mobil1 fully synthetic for £19 for 4 litres

   i have read a cuple places thats its 4 liters but i put 2 n half in and it was at the half way mark so i think its about 3 liters full

   iirc its 4.5 litres but i could be wrong, my haynes is in the car which is elsewhere today.
   
   need to do a service on mine actually :/
   
   EDIT: I was wrong, its 3.5 litres

   haynes manual ses 3.5 l and i change my oil a week ago n filled it wiv 3.5l n it was just at the full mark on dipstick

   aryt m8, i serviced my 1.1 yesterday and i put about 3 litres in mine and its lealy full. so i would say about 3 litres is fine
