gear selector?

   when the box is in neutral the gear stick is dead loose
   it often slips into third instead of first and you can see that makes me look like a right idiot when tryinmg to set off and end up stalling
   any ideas guys
   i originally thought it was the rubbers on the gear linkages but just took it to the garage and they said it might be the gear selector?

   i had the same thing go rong with myn change the 2 little linkages bars from the gear box nipples

   yea try gear linkages and back it up with a quickshifter too imo

   I have one, well woth the cash imo
   
   It shortens the amount you need to move the gearstick to change gears.
