   Is it worth it on a std vts. If so how do you fit them and where can you get them from

   cheapos can be had from ebay, go in series with the cam breather
   
   more exspensive ones, check people like Apex-Performance, Driftworks etc.

   There only £30 ish for a cheapy, to be fair, i always feel better knowing any oil that may exit the breather (even though it should not), is heading for a tank, not into my engine to be burnt!
