petrol caps

    anyone point me in the direction of a good petrol cap replacement for my saxo, dont want a stick on cover i want the proper whole replacement cap with lock/key etc. seen a sparco one but it looks crap with the fake carbon/logo sticker on....

    What one have you got at the moment?

    Standard looks tidy!
    Aftermarket ones just stand out!

    i now agree with others stick with standard one - i was gonnaget a SPARCO one on ebay sold for £10.50 in da end but then every1 told me not to bother getting one - prob not a good move i guess - so i haven't

    so the verdict is so stick with standard? just quite liked the aluminum finished petrol caps, for a tenner cant really complain anyway if i don't like the look its no worse than getting a kfc on Saturday night.

    i got my aluminium one from halfords. absolute rip off tbh. its really expensive but the lock doesn't work properly. lol. 5 mins at the petrol pump just trying to unlock the cap lol. i put my standard one back in.

    Stick with the standard coloured one,less hassel......

    The alloy ones,jam the keys up.And you have to use plenty of WD40,been there loads of times.......
