How much can you see with DTM mirrors?

   For all of you lot with DTM mirrors, whats visibility like? is it worth getting some or will i just end up changing back to standards? thanks

   my mate has dtm's. you can see quite allot. more than you’d expect with it been a little mirror. and also the mirror is magnified to it helps. i would say u wouldnt have to change back to standerds.

   mate im speaking from experience they are horrific , the visibility is a joke and a wonder they sell them they may look ok, but as a vital saftey feature for your car i strongly advise not to get them

   do ya think so, i dont think there bad at all. you cant see as much as standards but for the size of the mirror i think their quite good.

   I bought some for my saxo as some bastard smashed my standards off.
   Not only were they cheap and nasty plastic, but also i thought the visibility was poor.
   i resorted to having to check over my shoulder everytime i would change lanes etc.

   you can see in them oviosuly buit its a small mirror which means you have to adjust it to EXACTLY how you are sitting at the presant time.if you move from thqt position u cant see shit

   You'll be better off angling them at yourself
   that way you can do your hair and drive at the same time

   true.or just take em off lol.ive got em and iwant iether saxo or 106 gti mirrors. really its up to you what u want.just sit in sombpdies car who has them.there not as bad as everybody says but can be a pain in the ass lol

    i have dtms on mine and have the angled perfectg and i can see perfectly fine when im puling onto a motorway or reversing etc no problems at all for me, yea they are a small mirror but for me they are perfectly fine!
