VTR Clocks Change

   Right my VTR Clocks are falty and need changing.
   ive had a look using the search funtion and have found out that i cant change my mk1 vtr clocks for mk2 vtr clocks.
   
   though if i change the mk1 vtr clocks for another pair of mk1 vtr clocks will this work? how will i change the millage to the same as mine??

   ok you can straight swap them and will work like or like
   
   e.g swap mk2 or mk2
   
   or
   
   mk1 for mk1
   
   the mileage you cannot change it stays with the clocks because i have been there lol
   
   but mine wer mk2 so digital alothough i could of got them reprogrammed

   With the mileage, get as much supporting paper work as possible - recipets for the new dials with mileage recorded! Also take a few pics!

   Off topic 'a tad', has anyone taken VTR mk2 clocks and put them onto a VTS mk2 before???

   Why?
   You'd loose the oil guage!
