steering wheel

   im thinking about fitting a new steering wheel in my vtr, i have the 98 model and not sure if it the same on all but the airbag is in the steering wheel, can anyone tell me how to do it and likewise if it will cause a porblem with not having the airbag there?

   theres a faq about the airbag light that will appear. http://www.saxperience.com/faq/show-...e.php?artid=83 . All saxos have the same steering wheel with the airbag and also the battery will have to be disconnected for a good amount of time (30 - 60 mins) so it wont explode in your face. Theres a good guide about removing and replacing the steering wheel in the saxo haynes max power book. Alot of people take the airbag as a serious thing but in my opinion without it, its just like the millions of cars without airbags as standard. After all it will only improve your situation by like 8% in a crash and ive never even seen a saxo airbag which has deployed.
