painting badges

how does everyone paint their saxo badges on the boot?
  2. #2
if you want them black then t-cut them like everyone else does.

Or do what i did which took less than 10 mins to do both boot badges and use a 1000 grit, (wet) and polish the silver off of them, then use a little rubbing compound to bring them up shiny. Takes no time at all.

Me personally i would stay away from T-Cut, as above have a search through the stickies as the best way to do it is in there!!

t-cut is ok as long as your careful not to get it on the body work due to the softness of the paint !!!

G3 rubbing compound and a electric buffer takes like 2 mins per badge!!

done mine a couple of days ago with t-cut just takes a tube of t-cut (5.50 form halfords) and abit of elbow grease looks the bizzle too

if anyone lives near me thinking of doing it they can have some t-cut if they like
