i presume you mean an upper brace? yeah i noticed a little difference a little tighter in corners and on uneven roads. apparently its much better combined with the lower brace aswell.

hmmm but how hard is the lower brace to install? plus my car is lowered quite alot, not sure how much as i bought it lowered. would you notice more on a lowerd car? which is better to have? a lower or upper if you had to choose?

defo go for the upper first then maybe the lower later on depending on how low your car is. if its 40mm then you should be fine whilst being careful, and 50 mm should be fine again as long as your extremly careful. ie. speed bumps in first gear.

lower brace is easy to install theirs a guide on here too. they fix on to the wishbones.

with lowered cars the bottom brace tends to catch everything, i'd go with the top brace first mate. Had one on my old series 2 turbo and made a difference cornering, think its supposed to stop twisting or something when going in and out of bends, you do notice it though if you drive hard and then fit one.

A top strut brace stops the strut domes/turrets from flexing on hardened suspension which gives a more precise suspension setup and also stops body flex which can lead to shells cracking or distorting ie pug 205's crack above the rear 1/4 window around the b pillar wich is caused by stress but the strut bace leads to better handling and roadholding hope this is helpful
