#2Im sure you only sand between each different coat like primer, sand, primer sand, paint, sand etc but im not sure tbh theres no harm in sanding just more time consuming
-
#3only give the top coat of lacquer a little rub down with 1500 grit then really polish up
-
#4Yeah thats the way lolQuote:

#5so no sanding inbetween laquer coats
but sand lightly afterwards -
#6i do not sand between laquer coats, i sand between primer and paint coats then when all s completely dry, i put one coat of laquer on and it comes out nicely
-
#7i dont get it, when you sand it cant you see the scratches, so its not entirely smooth?
-
#8i just t cut it afterwards
-
#9no you don't need to. only do this if you get fish eyes or runs

#10rodzd126,
no because when sanding you use wet&dry (wet) so it smooths the surface and takes out any scratches or imperfections
that was a big word lol.
