   for springs?
   i know my stuff about lifting not so much about dropping
   i wana go beteen 40 and 50mm

   depends what look your after mate! im dropping mine 55mm on da front n 60mm on the back! if you dont want to spend alot on kits i would lower it around 35mm and 40mm so you can keep the standard shocks n dampers

   Although if you want my opinion i recommend the 50mm kit from kam that im down on
