year 98 vtr, with black rocker cover, any different?

   my mate has the exact same year and model as mine, however his has the silver top and mine has the dark top, whats the difference??

   They are both 90bhp.... there is no difference. However the silver top is the lastest model in YR 98.

   ahhh ok! always wondered if there was any difference.. obviousley not lol!
   what would you reccomment the best induction kit for the 8v vtr, i wan performance, not bothered atall about the sound!!

   there is the best place to get any decent stuff for your saxo....
   
   Raceland with Green filter is always getting good reviews...
   
   Very few people ive seen get BMC....although they are considerably stronger than the Racelands
   
   EDIT - also look on the log book of when your car and your mates car was registered. That way, we will be able to tell roughly when the change from a Black to a Silver top happend
