parcelshelf strings

   I went to the citroen dealorship in edinburgh to get parcelshelf strings as mine were missing from the car when I bought it. They didn't have any in stock so they ordered me them and when they phoned me they said it was £4 for each string, I nearly fellover laughing so I think I am going to be taking a trip to the scrapys at the weekend. Anyone else had a stupid quote from citroen for things?

   my vtr had vts badges when i bought it, went to citroen for 2 vtr badges, £32+vat.lol. just went down the local scrappy with a stanley knife and poped sum off and superglued them onto mine.lol

   whey up the cost in to going to the scrap yard , your time and probably getting covered in crap whilst racking about ?
   Just bite the bullet buy them new , its not really that expensive is it , and job done no messing

   never know tiff couvld find other things at scrappy that need!!

   my mate wanted white c2 alloys, were like £140 per rim without tyre! wayy to much imo

   i wouldnt sy 4 pound was expensive for one string tbh
