callipers

    did a search and couldnt find anything to help me does any1 know if theres a link that shows you how to remove your callipers rep given cheers

    its very easy mate, there will be two caps covering a allen or torx bolt, loosen that and the caliper should come off, may have to push the bolts out with a screwdriver or something though

    then you have the carriers which are hel in with 2 bolts too

    not sure what your doing, changing pads and discs???

    there is a guide but you have to be a premium member, either that or get yourself a haynes

    cheers pred yeah changing everything putting vtr callipers on and discs and pads take it i will have to drain th ebrake fluid to change the calliper

    it looks complicated but honestly when you get stuck into it its easy

    just make sure you bleed the brakes properly and test them before going out for a drive

    hmm dot no much bout bleeding brakes will maybe leave it for my mate to do was gona do it myself to save a bit o cash.he was sposed to fit my x sport gear linkages and quick shift but i did that myself yesterday.

    there is a guide for bleeding brakes too, again ahve to be a premium member, best to have 2 people doing it one to do the brake pedal and one to bleed the lines

    yeah will wait for my mate i think will watch closely and then next time will no dont have money for ecoming a premium member yet but think i will do some time soon.
