35mm springs on kam-racing, the 155lbs faulkner springs. Here
    http://www.kam-racing.com/product_in...ucts_id/100177

35mm and 40mm back is best for handling, but like what has been said, at 40mm you will not scrape atall, and the road's down by me in wales aint that good and my old car was 60 - 90 and i didnt scrape! so if you want to just lower it and get better handling go down 40mm all round as 35 - 40mm aint much!

40 mm springs for a vts or gti make a vtr/furio 35mm due to engine weight.
