diesel

    Hey,
gettin ready for my first car, and my mum has a Saxo 1.5 diesel, using this means i wouldnt have to worry about the expense of buying a car which would leave me with more cash to splash on mods...
but then I thought with it being a diesel engine are all the mods (obviously things like induction kits etc) still able to be used on a diesel?
Any info on this would be helpful
    thanx

Sell it but dont tell her and get a VTR or VTS

you can get universal induction kits, and you could get an exhaust from someone such as powerflow, but what you really want is something to hide the black cloud of smoke you'll leave behind every time you floor it

yeah i want a vtr, but think the insurance might be a bit much....gonna get a quote hopefully tho.
But would the diesel take everything that a petrol would take? Just gives me a bit of...erm smoke
    thanx

I dont think you will get an old type diesel engine to go as fast as a petrol engine. Try HIC for insurance they are quite good.
