which sub frames???

   Helppp, im totally bam-boozeled!!! My head hurts!!
   
   I'm buying some non-branded bucket seats for my 2001 vtr, but after hours of looking for sub frames i'm still stuck.
   
   Which ones do you use and which are the best and easiest to fit.
   
   Any help will be much appreciated,

   Not an expert on this, but if you have bought non branded seats, your probs better of going on ebay and gettin some universal subframes or universal sliders, but beware, they hoes to bolt to the car dont allways fit perfect so u may have to re-drill them
