Will this fit a saxo vts or is it worthwhile fitting it if it does fit?

It wont fit, but its definitely worth making it fit!

The GTI-6 comes with about 160bhp straight out of the box! As does the mi16!

any idea what would be needed to make it fit?

Are you just talking about the throttle body? There's no way you can even make it fit as it's a completely different diameter. it's not even as if you could try swapping the whole inlet manifold as the cylinders are spaced further apart and the inlet manifold is mounted the opposite way around.

Flow rate through the TB is not really the restriction on induction anyway; it's the cam lift and duration and the size of the valves.

Definitely much better ways of tuning a TU engine!
