will it give as much performance gains? my car currently has kent cam with the pully, uprated injectors, stage three head and a port and polished throttle bodies with a 1.3 rallye gear box. I really dont want the manifold letting the car down so would raceland be a good buy still?

Racelands give good gains which is surprising. but are not consistant with the quality and manufacturing tolerances which are sometimes out. You get what you pay for in that regards. Also for later model cars with the cat in the manifold you have to change the oil filter and thread as it will not fit.
Supersprint and Pipers ones go straight onto all models without mods are better quality - thicker metal used and neater welds with the Supersprint coming out as the best finish. The extra attention to detail may give a slight performance advantage as no bad welds / joins would impede flow but you'd only see this on a dyno and you certainly wouldn't feel it.
Best overall performer - difficult to pin either of them with that crown. Depends on the engine spec. Certainly for day to day cars you can't go wrong with a quality 4-2-1 so perhaps for me the Supersprint edges ahead

Looking at my mates piper manifold i'd never buy one. The flange itself isn't even flat. He drove an hour and a half to piper themselfes who then showed him the rest of their stock, all of which were poor quality.
I've owned a supersprint, raceland and GMC. The supersprint and GMC are made very well, supersprint every day for me though.
