Fitting Manifold

   Was wondering if there are any guides on how to fit a supersprint manifold out there, as thinking of attempting this at some point this weekend.
   Help would be appreciated.

   Its pretty self explanatory mate
   
   Be careful not to shear any bolts and use a new gasket when fitting. Ensure all the bolts are copper slipped when you put them back (i would reccomend new bolts )
   
   And a new seal at the other end also with new nuts/bolts/springs

   you are right there its not that hard if you have got the right manifold

   Just ordered new parts for fitting it does not look to hard at all so will give it a go this week cheers for your help.
