longer exhaust springs

    as above went to fit up the downpipe and it sits on the fire ring gasket fine but needs stupidly long bolts and washers but need some springs in the middle

    peugeot do two different bolt/spring sized kits, i had the same thing when i fitted the 4-2-1 manifold so went into pug and they supplied me with the longer ones altho they were a bitch to get on coz even tho they were longer they were only just longe enough, here is a pic of the shorter ones the longer ones were the same but the bolts were longer by around 3cm. if u cant get hold of them just go to b&q and get some long bolts and cut to size

    bolts are longe enough easy it is just the springs aint long enough

    If you buy the kit from pug you get 3 different spring / bolt combinations Gav, expensive though...

    balls to that then probably get the angle grinder out to make the fire ring gasket smaller so downpipe sits more flush and see if sprigns fit then
