vts wheels!

   I went to put my vts wheels on last nyt, and 2 of the bolts seem to just tighten, then go loose, then tighten, then go loose etc etc!
   
   they are fine with my vtr wheels, do i need shorter bolts for the vts wheels?

   sounds like the threads are buggered on the hub mate
   
   get a new hub from the scrappy or get a spanking new one from the dealers
   
   it may even be just the wheel bolts

   take bolts out, get a screw and clean out the thread of bolt.
   
   or retap the thread int hub.
   
   or just do as pred said

   see i have retapped them
   
   i took the wheel off and made sure the bolts were screwing on correctly which they are, but what seems to happen is the bolts are going in too far, to the point that there is no thread at the end of the bolt! so this is causing them to tighten and loosen, I think anyway!
   
   would this be ryt?

   nope mate i think the threads maybe too far gone on the hub or bolts

   well, when i use the same bolts for the vtr wheels they bolt up fine!
   
   maybe i need shorter ones for the vts wheels as they do seem to go further into the wheel than vtr ones

   you need vts bolts for vts wheels, vtr ones dont fit
