Kent PT11 Cam

   Hi,
   
   Have got a 2003 VTR totally satndard and going to start tuning the engine, Exhaust, manifold, cam ect.....
   Have seen a Cam forsale recently, a Kent PT11. Will this fit the 98bhp silver top engine? Someone said it will... then i was told it wont?? something about the roller type lifters or something??? CoNfUsEd!!!

   What it is that the engine that you have has got roller cam followers in the head so you need a roller type cam (IE a kent Pt 40 the same as mine) the early engines use a flat cam followers which i am told can handle tuning better but i am putting a kent pt 40 cam which is 266mm duration in my 2001 vtr hope this is helpful if you look on kent website you will find the listing of cams for a vtr Remember roller type is what your looking for the website is www.kentcams.co.uk or .com try it and let me know how you get on mate

   I have a 90bhp silver top not the 98bhp - is mine the roller type or the same as the black top vtrs?
