Flat Door Cards

   I broke one of my door cards the other day
   
   As I was trying to force a 1.1 door card onto my VTR my mate suggested getting some aluminium door cards
   
   anyone done this before
   
   and how would i go about opening the door

   Leave the handles there?
   My mate has aluminium plates as doorcards in his mk1 fiesta.. looks good tbh

   do you mean the metal bracket and the black plastic grab thing

   plastic grab... the metal bar just supports the card
