wish bones.

   hey guys car has bin in garage today, and bin told need new lower wish bone bushes (rear bushes) can i get poly bushes or is it a whole wish bone replacement. if so is there an uprated way????

   you can definately get just the rear bushes, you can also get uprated ones.
   i have seen solid metal ones and poly ones.
   sorry for the vagueness!

   Not heard any reports about the Spoox items, but the general quality of their products look good, so they might be worth a try.
   
   Peugeot Sport also do an uprated GRP N rear wishbone mount, its not set in alloy like those and is more like the standard rubber mounts, it's just more heavily reinforced.

   Powerflex are pretty good for the money, you'll probably need to burn the old bush out as it can take ages to get them out using cutting and hitting methods! lol

   you can make a puller with a piece of tube to pull the bush's out then you needto hammer out the metal sleeve inside with a screwdriver or chisel jus collapse it in on itself

   Id go with either Polyrace/Flex or Group N items but some are much harder then others dude so you may want to shop around a little before grabbing some

   I currently run the spoox rear wishbone mounts, they seem to be the only guys making them. Im very happy with them i felt flush and had the red annodized ones ! Noticeable improvement and look the dogs ! next day delivery too.
