LED's and resistors?

   going to have a bash at doing my heater controls blue in the next week and cant find anywhere that tells me what resistors i need to use with the LED's
   
   anyone know?

   you'll need a 300-400 ohm resistor for a typical LED

   im guessing you have the 5mm leds???
