If you can be bothered to check my progress thread I have recently done my VTR wheels in gloss white.

That is the Alpine Gloss White from Halfrauds.

Hey mate.. I see your only in St. Austell.. Never liked using Halfrauds paint.

Get yourself down to Hex Holdings in Redruth, Cardrew Industrial Estate.. (same estate as Richard Bro's).. I can give you directions if you like. Hex Holdings are professional paint supplies.. pop in there and you can get all you need.. sand paper grades, pre-paint, proper primer, top quality top coats and clear laquers..

Once you get paint from a professional outfit, you wont want to set foot in Halfords paint department again.. Give them a call, and you can chat through dif. types of paint, you need something to withstand being on wheels or else you'll quickly end up with poor looking wheels.

    Cheers

If you do go to halfords... i wouldn't recommend using their own gloss white and gloss black paints...

I would buy some of the actual car paint.. eg. Citroen Polar White.. as i find the paints are a lot thicker... and less watery... they leave less run lines.. and overall give a better finish...

Or go to a professional paint supplier!

    Hope that helps!
