ok guys ive searched thsi and cant find the anwser!!!??

ive got a 2003 vts with a 2003 vts engine in it, i was just wondering what others who have got a vts conversion have done with the fuel reutrn??

ive got my pipe blocked bt after a wile it always seem to break the seal and starts to leak!!

so basically im fed up re-sealing it so i was wondering how i would go about putting the fuel return into the tank again??

do i need a vts pums of how does it get returned in an actual vts??

    cheers in advance!!

You need the 3 parts of the fuel return line, and you will need to modify the tank end of things to make it fit. Your fuel pump will be fine.

Ge the hayes manual out mate

Be warned unless your pretty good at these things you will need to drop the fuel tank down slightly to get to everything!

nah mate you will have the same problem as i have got!! you can block the pipe i think bt apparently its best to run the fuel return back into the pipe!!

I have done VTR to VTS conversion.. I had no fuel return fitted as standard.. I'm not even going to bother fitting a fuel return for the time being.. too much hassle.. car runs just fine other than a lumpy idle.
