gearnob problems

   how does the gear nob come off on a 1.1 R reg saxo? i have tried pulling at it as hard as i can and had some of my mates have a go as well and it doesnt move. are we doing it right? does it have to be turned or unscrewed or something? i had an AX before and the knob just pulled off on that one. what is the way of getting it off my saxo?

   best way to do it is cut it off, i had to with my VTR jst cut below the gear knob and it makes it ALOT easier!!!!

   ive tried mate its been sat in fourth gear with me tugging as hard as i can from the back seat it doesnt move at all.

   just cut the rubber underneath the actuall nob, if u r not going to use the standard gear nob again it does not matter

   mine was an absolute biatch to get off... does eventually though. just keep pulling and wear a seatbelt, or you'll hit the roof! lol

    its off people!!!!!! cut it just below the rubber, wouldnt pull off. lol looks gr8 and is better shorter
