   Whether I can on not lowered Saxo VTR to put continental sportcontact2 195 45 r16 (On a back(rear) axis)?????????
   
   on front axis are 195 40 r16
   
   Or I shall receive a gnash?

   they will rub on the rear bumper bracket when going over bumps with standard suspension, if the suspension is lowered they will rub. It will also look a bit silly with 2 different sizes of tyres front and back Stick to 195 40 r16 all round

   I have not lowrered suspension and i have dimma front bumper.

   Difference in a tire cover of 8 millimeters. It will be not strong noticeably. Simply it is very difficult to get 40 structure.
