106 rallye gearbox??

   i am looking for a close ratio gearbox for my saxo, a quaife box costs about £2000, but ive been told that a mk1 rallye gearbox will go straight on and has a much closer ratio and will help with acceleration.
   
   is this true??

   Very true they are super close.
   
   id say to close for a Turbo car.
   
   1.4 XSi is the best all round imo.

   i would say on a turbo car it would be too close mate

   most people with turbos say the vts is the ideal box, depends on how much power you got tho obviously

   The ratios are the same, it's the final drive which differs. If you want a *close* ratio set up, you'll need to go with a Quaife close ratio gear kit.
