right puzzled again, going for 16's now, obv i put alloys on before lowering right, so i phoned owens garage, said how much to lower torsion by 35-40mm he said around £70, which is great, then i said ive bought the front shocks and springs, and he i need to buy the ones for the back aswell, why is this ??? Quoted at around £60 to put the fronts on for me and lower which is good aswell

#2You dont need uprated ones for the rear at all mate. He's chatting bubbles! Although it will make it handle much better and hold the road better...
And make sure he's gonna lower the torsion bar correctly and not by using the splines. -
#3getting it done by owens garage and believe its pretty good
he mentioned he knew redbullet and mike cracknell! spoke to olly seemed pretty sound, he says he just pulls beam apart, relocates 1 spline up and puts it back together again, said that if im getting shocks and springs for front, best to get some shocks at back so will do !
