Uprated springs

   How much would a set of uprated valve springs cost? and where would the best place be to buy them from?

   After a bit of searching it seems springs should be no more than 80quid
   
   the torsion bar adjustment can vairy
   
   up my end it costs 125quid for springs torsion bar adjustment and fitting (inc VAT) and its seems a good price, try n aim for that m8

   i think hes on about valve springs in the had rogz
   
   jam i think they will be over £100 maybe? phone qep and get a quote fo the catcams items.
   you can get different types also.single stronger valve springs or double valve springs.
   
   you only really need these when revving high because you get vlave spring bounce where te springs cant react in time.
