Poly bushes

   got my wishbone and anti roll bar poly bushes, going to be fitting them sunday. any one have any useful tips that might help i know their going to be a bitch to get out but its happening so they have no choice lol
   Any help would be grately appreciated

   Anti roll bar bushes are p*ss easy mate, they jus pull of the bar!
   
   The wishbone bushes will need hacking to bits mate lol, or go to a garage and have them pressed out???

   got a few tools if not ill get to the garage, how much do they charge

   probably charge u like a tenner to push the old 1s out and push the new 1s in!

   mine charged me 50 and was nearly crying by the time he finished
   
   mind he did change every suspension bush on the car
