   I have a bumper without fog lamp holes...
   how easy/hard is it to put lamps in?

   Dont need them tbh. Cover the holes and smooth the bumper. Euro FTW.

   Iv got a west coast with the holes in and have the lights is there wiring already there for them?? Cheers
