Mirrors on VTS (electric)

   I was just wondering guys,
   
   when u change ur mirrors on a VTS with the electric & heated mirrors, is it best to fix a mirror that are still electric or just put manual ones?
   
   Also if i did fit manual ones instead of electric ones i guess i would have to remove all wiring that was there previously for the electrics, is this a simple task.
   
   I no it sounds silly but just wondering! Thx.

   easier to just get electric ones. As if you get manual ones, you will need adjuster aswell.
   
   Or the universal type ones like Ive got, dont have adjusters etc, so your adjusters etc will then become obsolete.

   Has anyone got electric M3 or DTM mirrors? Are they any gud?
   Im just a bit worried about them being unreliable/unsafe.
   
   I found fitting & spraying the manual M3 DI mirrors pretty easy on my vtr

   Fitting is pretty much the same as manual, other than you have a couple of wires to join this time.
   
   I have seen a few Elec mirrors knocking about on ebay recently.
