Im assuming that theyre standard VTR springs? if they are they will fit, but you probably wont find hardly any difference i lowness and it wont be worth the hassle changing to them.

The main reason that a vTR is slightly lower standard height is because its engine will be heavier than yours. As you're still having the lighter engine the VTR springs will probably make virtually any difference.

A decent pair of proper lowering springs can be bought for £50 upwards depending on the make. worth saving up for

VTR 30mm lowering springs will make no odds.
the reason being your engine is so much lighter.

For instance I have VTS 60mm/VTR 50mm springs on mine

yea itl only got around 20 mm

and witth the back leveled out you wont really notice its been lowered

id save and get some bigger drop personally

depends, if you want to be normal get the back lowered the same, if you want to be like alot of people slam the back an extra 20mm so have it like 40 at rear(for a lower i have a full car look , im rude!!) people also reckon it gives the car a levelled out look, but if you get the back lowered make sure you adjust your brakes to prevent the back end from just swinging out
