Ok guys, I know that saxo's will never give a really loud roar just by changing the backbox, however they do make it sound a bit better!

Whats the best backbox you could by (sound wise) for a mk2??????

    Cheers,

    J

A powerflow backbox can be made/adjusted to make it sound to how you want. As they increase/decrease size of silencer and tailpipe accordingly.
And some backboxes have adjustable baffles aswell.

i fookin hate LOUD exhausts...i dont quite c the point - its wot i expect of chavs and pikeys driving by in a 1.2 nova or sum other heap of shit!

u want a nice rumble, not sumthin that sounds like a wet fart

the first backbox i got was a twin-exit janspeed and it was quite nice - no headaches on the drivehome at 3 or 4 in the morning! im sporting a supersprint now, and imo it sounds awesome with fullsystem...! but i really want the gmc exhaust, it looks gorgeous

I had a savage backbox previously (just the backbox stuck onto original pipe) and it was very loud and only cost me £65. I might be advertising it for sale soon, but waiting on my m8 to see if he wants it.

powerflow or a custom backbox for sound, also a rage back box will give you a nice sound.
