Bleeding Fuel System?

"Done" the head gasket. Probably screwed it up, didn't clean the crap out the head-bolt holes - So it seems tight and torqued correctly. But anyhoo...Once I've got it built back up, I can't imagin it starting straight away, as I've removed the fuel gallery (an Injector also popped out) and fuel pipe. Anyone got some experience with this? Oh and it's an 03 1.4 furio

oh and tut tut tut, you could crack the block by tightening down onto water in the holes, not often happens, but if seen it..

    Cheers
Just going to rip it all apart and start again. Gave it a slight clean up, nothing major. What sort of stuff should I be using to clean it up properly?
