Brake Disc + Pad Advice Please!

    I need some new brake dics and pads.

    I've read through the pad + disc FAQ but if i'm honest i'm still a little lost.
    I would prefer a brake upgrade but nothing too pricey. looks to spend no more than £150 ideally.

    Any guidence at all would be alot of help. I've been looking for some french scrappers round my area to possibly try nab some 406 pads and disks and get them fitted. would that work as a big brake conversion or is there alot more init than that. If so what would you guys suggest?

    there are two setups for sale in the for sale section a 266 and a 283 for that price i think mate

    if you get the disks and pads, you also need the calipers and carriers

    so would i not beable to get say EBC pads and discs just them? i'd have to get new carriers and capilers aswell?

    hi. u nly need new calipers n carriers if ur going for larger size brake setup.

    just go 4drilled n grovved discs n some upgrade pads. i did

    you can just buy discs an calipers if you stay with the origonal size
    you can improve the brakes through a good set up

    other wise itll be a whole set up of larger brakes
    and this will give more gains
