upgrading brakes

   how easy is it to get bigger brakes on a mk2 vtr is there any straight swaps and could it be done with little mechanical no how

   The 266mm set up goes straight on with 14" wheels.
   
   The 283mm set up is pretty much a straight fit, but you have to grind off a small amount from the caliper. And you also need 15" or bigger wheels.

   this may be silly but wiv bigger dics i take it u need bigger calipers?

   No not as such, If you click the link and read it, it states "ORIGINAL CALIPERS ARE USED" but get the 6 calipers and disks, plus mc.

   you can get a 283 mm kit for arounf 150
   actually just buy this
