   Ok im thinking about spraying them black.
   
   im guessing it would be the same method as anything else.
   
   sand, primer, paint, laquer
   
   am i right?

   106 ones are the way forward
   
   dont even cost that much either search on ebay for 106 breaking and ask if they have them and how much with delivery

   cheers guys, hopefully this will finish my interior off as in 2 weeks im booked in to have my roof lining refabricated in black

   well i got a quote of £140. i thought it was a bit steep but got told by others its a pretty decent price.
   
   down side is i lose the car for 2 days

   i used filler primer, the yellow stuff, grips better, then satin black paint
