i am thinkin of 50mm springs on the front and lower 50mm at the back but i dont want to change dampers so is 40mm at the front a good idea and 50mm at the back it is advised you go no lower than 45mm i think is it or shall i just go 50 all round?

If your going more than 40mm down, you should change shocks, unless current ones are in good condition. -

don't ever lower the back more then the front.it will effect the handling severely,always kep it the same or slightly higher at back imho. -

I believe it is, think some people on here are down 50mm on standards and never had any problems, although i wouldnt recommend it, but thats in my opinion
