Simple to do my friend. Just need some decent primer, spray paint and lacquer. Remove everything by unscrewing and unclipping etc, and away you spray. Easy as that. Im sure there is probably a guide on here if you search.

Its really easy mate, just all unscrews and pulls out. Then just clean it up, primer, paint, then lacquer. As said above, theres probably a guide floating about somewhere, give it a little search.

Here you are mate, found a guide:

One thing to mention though, on your row of buttons, e.g the ones with the hazards switch on, the two end caps and covers which pop off, and behind them are two screws, which you need to take out to remove the centre console.

Once you`ve flattened ready to apply the primer coat a good idea is to give it a wipe over with white spirit(gets rid of any grease)rinse off with water then dry with a hairdryer if the plastic is slightly warm the paint adheres better to the surface.
