   An i think i need a sub frame.. is that right? baring in mind im on a major budget... where would i get some from?

   Oh an can i not just mod the origonal frame?

   you could just mod the original ones mate but it depends where they have had the holes drilled already. you will need to line up and drill the holes out of the universal sub frames your self but you dont want to be drilling next to a hole they have drilled as that wont be very safe.
   once you have found out what subframes fit the seats (e.g. Sparco, Cobra, etc...) then just keep an eye out for some on ebay

   Looks like you have the sliders but need the subframes!
   
   And im pretty sure you could just mod the origonals in some way!
   
   Could be worth trying to get hold of a secondhand set of subframes to have a play about with rather than cocking up your current one!
