Urgently Need Front Suspension - New Or Used

    Alright guys!

    I've just spent the day doing a full service on my vts, ready for her MOT next month. After doing all I had planned to, we noticed quite a lot of play in the drives side strut! If you pull it at the base of the wheel and push at the top, it moves!

    Traced it back to the strut (see pic, although mine are currently standard ones).

    So I figured i'd either source some cheap second hand vts struts, or go aftermarket! But I only have around £200 but only need the front, unless someone can find a full kit around the £200 mark

    Can someone help???

    PM me, i have some standard struts mate! Wont want too much for them.

    Just tighten the gold nut that holds the insert in mate. I got a knock when steering and it turned out to be that, tightened them up as much as I can and it does it very very rarely now.

    I've tried that but still wobbles quite alot! I've sourced some almost new front shocks for next to nothing so gonna get them changed out this weekend.

    if its the actual shock inserts you need i have two sets with about 40-50k on them each but sounds like its the whole strut body you need?
