i have a set of 40 delortos atm i want to know if i could fit these to a vtr?? any body do a mani for em? advice

You will struggle i think mate.

The manifold would have to come right from the back of the block, over the rocker cover, but then you will struggle to get clearance from the bonnet.

Also, there is no way of advancing/retarding the timing, which would require a dizzy or a mappable ecu. Either is mega money.

The 205 xs 1.4 had an xu series engine in, like the black tops, and this ran a carb, however, this used a down draft carb, so it could be mounted easier at the back of the block.

Something like this might be worth a go, but then you still have the problem of adjusting the timing.
