   wana lower vtr but not sure how low to go, keep getn told 50 all rund.how low would peps recommend?

   40mm is a good all rounder, handling and looks etc. 50mm is quite popular to though.
   
   Your probably better ooff posting this in the brakes/suspension/transmission section mate.

   40mm for performance 60mm for looks. im gonna go 50mm front and 55 at back if i ever get my sax fixed

   mines 60mm all round and it looks great, can even get over speed bumps!!!! i have 10 just to get into my work!!!!!!!!!!!!

   50mm is absolute max you need matey, its looks real good on standard vtr alloys and even better on some aftermarket 15 inch alloys, people will argue 50mm is too low for good handling but tbh im lowered 50mm on eibach sports and billie b8 sprints and this represents damn good handling. Many will agree as this is a popular kit.
