VTS/VTR mani on furio

alrite - I want a new exhaust on my furio (W reg)- the one i have isnt the best (standard) i wanted to know if i could fit a standard Vts/Vtr mani on (whichever has the cat below the mani) then fit an exhaust off that. Like the look of an exhaust but it would mean going cat free with my current set up and i really cant be bothered with the MOT hastle.

Also - anyone know of a full system being sold (want something raspy) ? Pm me

you will be needing a Manifold from a VTR, MK1 or MK2, doesn't matter which. Then get a CAT Back exhaust and buy a decat pipe to take the CAT off, aslong as your CAT is under the car allready.

are the standard VTR manis better than furios?

nah they are the same. VTS Manifold won't fit though. If you wanna upgrade then you'd have to buy aftermarket.

yeah was gna - i was just trying to cut some corners by buying a second hand exhaust off here (VTR fit i think) and then retaining the cat by puting a diff mani on - think i am gna either have to go de cat and kill the polar bears or stop being a tight arse and buy a full system for my car. lol

full system but second hand is always a winner, plenty of bargains about mate if you just take it easy
